Lodging & Registration

The Riverhouse Hotel is serving as the conferencing center for 2015. The Conference Center itself is with 100 m of the Hotel with both Hotel and Conference Center strattling the beautiful Deschuttes River. Hotel reservations include a wonderful buffet breakfast within the the Crossings Restaurant, which is also located on the Deschuttes River.

 

To make reservations at The Riverhouse Hotel...

* Call 1-800-547-3928 and mention "Northwest American College of Sports Medicine"

* There is a block of 100 rooms reserved for conference attendees over three nights (2/26, 2/27, 2/28) at the special rate of $99/night (+ tax).

* Rooms are availabe on a first come, first served basis.

 

Flying into Bend for the conference?

* Airlines will actually fly into Redmond, OR (airport code RDM), which is 16 miles north of Bend via Highway 97. From the Roberts Field Airport (RDM), you can arrange to pick up a rental car or utilize the Riverhouse Hotel shuttle. If you plan to travel around the city of Bend whatsoever during your visit, it is highly recommended that you rent a car - There is just so much to see and do in Bend!

 

Driving into Bend for the conference?

The Riverhouse Hotel is located at 3075 U.S. 97 Business in Bend, OR 97701. All routes into Bend eventually lead to Highway 97 - Check out these maps:  Bend Map 1 and Bend Map 2.

     $  35 - Students, ACSM Northwest members

     $  50 - Students, ACSM Northwest non-members

 

     Pre-Registration Rate (Jan 1 - Feb 25, 2015):

     $100 - Professionals, ACSM Members

     $135 - Professionals, Non-ACSM Members

     $  35 - Students, ACSM Northwest members

     $  50 - Students, ACSM Northwest non-members

 

     Late / On-Site Rate (Feb 26 - On-site, 2015):

     $120 - Professionals, ACSM Members

     $150 - Professionals, Non-ACSM Members

     $  35 - Students, ACSM Northwest members

     $  50 - Students, ACSM Northwest non-members

     $  25 - 12 CECs / CEUs for attending both days of the conference.
